Coaching and consulting pulls from a bucket of hours used for live office hours sessions and asynchronous consulting.
Office hours
Sessions work well as critique per topic. Presenters introduce a topic, identify feedback needed, and present materials. Once complete, the group including Nathan critiques and discusses the work.
Async consulting
From the same bucket of hours, we can, we can also do things like:
review and comment on materials
summarize session outcomes
sketch plans and feature ideas
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for inviting teammates, managing the agenda across sessions, and preparing materials shared during each session.
Prioritizing topics
If needed, teams can workshop objectives, required stakeholders, and prioritized topics during the first of many sessions. There's a Figjam for that.
