FAQ

Are sessions and materials confidential? +

Yes. All sessions and materials shared during coaching and consulting engagements are treated as confidential.

What payments do you accept? +

We accept payment via invoice with standard net-30 terms.

Is this service for individuals or teams? +

Both. Sessions can be attended by individuals or groups of teammates working on a design system together.

Is this service formal “coaching” or is it less formal than that? +

It's less formal. Think of it as expert office hours — collaborative conversation and feedback, not a structured coaching program.

Does this service include workshops or presented talks? +

No. Advisory sessions are interactive conversations, not prepared presentations or workshops. Those are available as separate engagements. That said, Nathan will often draw on materials from his talks and workshops as part of giving advice.
